Returns Policy

Please let us know if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase so we can try to assist. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, please email us at mylegacy@1888strong.com within two weeks of your delivery date. All sales are final after 14 days of receipt. 

• Any products returned must be in the original condition that it was sent.
• Products that are damaged and show signs of wear or used by the recipient are not returnable.
• If you received an incorrect or damaged item, email us within 7 days of your delivery date so we can correct the problem immediately.
• For tea and products of the like, we can not accept any returns, as tea is a food product. We encourage purchasing tea "sample sizes" before purchasing them in a larger size.
